Daysome shows one person, on one tablet, what day it is, what is happening now, what is next, and what is for tea. That is the whole thing. We are looking for a small number of people to use it properly and tell us where we have got it wrong. The Android test is open now. If you have an Android tablet or phone and a Google Play account, you can be using it in about two minutes. The iPad version is with Apple for review and the Fire tablet version is with Amazon — sign up and we will email you the day either one opens. It is free, there is nothing to buy, and you can stop whenever you like. We are most interested in hearing from people supporting someone in the early stages of dementia who is still living independently, and from people who work in dementia care. Older tablets are especially useful — if yours is five years old and slow, that is a feature. We use your email to send you the test build and to tell you when there is a new one. Nothing else. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold at any time.

Which store? *

Only needed for Apple and Amazon, which add testers by email — and it has to be the address on your Apple or Amazon account, which is often not the one you use day to day. Google Play does not need it: you join the test yourself, from a link we send you.
Make and rough age is plenty — "iPad mini, about four years old" is perfect. Older and slower is more useful to us than new.

Both are useful and there is no wrong answer. It only tells us how to read what you send back.

Asked because the app is free for the iPad or tablet and always will be. What we may charge for later is the part that lets you update the iPad or tablet from your own phone when you are not in the house — so it helps to know how many people that would actually be for.

Nothing is stored until you confirm your address. We send you a message with a link in it, and if you never follow it your submission is discarded.
